Reading the blog of person using a new bit of software and discovering belatedly that it doesn't autosave as you go along, and feeling her pain, as they say in pain-filled California, I remembered the lesson I was given by someone (sorry I can't remember the name) who taught me Desk Top Publishing way back in the 80s.
